Buyer TD Greystone Infrastructure Fund, DigitalBridge Strategic Asset Fund and L&G's Digital Infrastructure Fund · Seller Ziggo BV
The TD Greystone Infrastructure Fund, managed by TD Asset Management, agreed to buy VodafoneZiggo's Dutch passive mobile tower infrastructure from Ziggo BV alongside DigitalBridge and Legal & General. The towers will be combined with DigitalBridge's Belgian platform, Belgium Tower Partners, to form an independent Benelux operator of more than 6,600 sites. Terms were not disclosed. Closing is expected in early 2027, subject to conditions and regulatory approvals.
