Analyst, Global Investment Banking - Mining & Metals

RBC Capital Markets is hiring an Analyst for its Global Investment Banking Mining & Metals team in Toronto. The role develops and maintains financial models, supports transaction structuring and execution, analyzes companies and industries, prepares client presentations, conducts due diligence, and assists with equity and debt financings, mergers and acquisitions, and other advisory assignments. Candidates should have relevant experience in investment banking, private equity, equity research, corporate development or accounting, together with strong financial-modelling, analytical and communication skills. A university degree in finance, accounting, engineering or another quantitative discipline is preferred.
